سياسة الإلغاء وحذف الحساب – برغي

1. إلغاء الطلبات:

• يمكن للمستخدم إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء تنفيذه مباشرة من خلال التطبيق أو عبر التواصل مع خدمة العملاء.

• إذا تم تنفيذ الطلب كليًا أو جزئيًا، فإن الإلغاء قد يخضع لرسوم تعويض أو يُرفض حسب الحالة.

2. سياسة الاسترداد:

• في حال تم إلغاء الطلب قبل تنفيذه، يُعاد المبلغ كاملاً إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 أيام عمل.

• لا يُسترد المبلغ بعد بدء التنفيذ، إلا في حالات الخطأ أو القصور من طرفنا.

3. حذف الحساب:

• يمكن للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات التطبيق أو بمراسلة فريق الدعم.

• بعد تأكيد الحذف، يتم إزالة جميع البيانات الشخصية من أنظمتنا خلال مدة أقصاها 15 يومًا، ما لم توجد التزامات قانونية تحتّم الاحتفاظ بها.

• بعد الحذف، لا يمكن استرجاع الحساب أو البيانات.

1. Order Cancellation:

• Users may cancel their order before it is processed, either via the app or by contacting customer support.

• If the order has been fully or partially processed, cancellation may be denied or subject to a fee.

2. Refund Policy:

• If the cancellation occurs before processing, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• No refund is issued once the order is in progress, unless the issue is due to our error.

3. Account Deletion:

• Users can request account deletion at any time via app settings or by contacting our support team.

• Upon confirmation, all personal data will be deleted from our systems within 15 days, unless retention is required by law.

• Once deleted, the account and associated data cannot be recovered.
